At MBL, we are committed to providing high-quality digital products, memberships and creative services.

Digital Products

Due to the instant access and downloadable nature of digital products, including but not limited to beats, licences, sample packs, presets, templates and other digital content, all sales are final.

Refunds, exchanges or cancellations are not available once a digital product has been downloaded, accessed or delivered, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

Memberships

MBL memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis unless otherwise stated.

You may cancel your membership at any time. Your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing period, after which it will not renew.

No refunds or partial refunds will be issued for:

• Unused membership time

• Unused beat downloads

• Missed discounts or member benefits

• Early cancellation

Recording Sessions

Recording session deposits and payments are non-refundable unless MBL cancels the booking or otherwise required by law.

Rescheduling requests may be accepted at MBL's discretion with reasonable notice.

Merchandise

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact MBL within 14 days of receiving your order. Where required under Australian Consumer Law, we will repair, replace or refund eligible products.

Refunds are not available for change of mind.

Events

Event ticket refunds are subject to the terms of the specific event. If an event is cancelled by MBL, a refund or alternative arrangement may be offered.
